- We recommend that you use Chrome or Mozilla Firefox browser for filling this form.
- Filling up this form does not guarantee admission of your child. Admission is strictly as per the policy formulated by the management
Online Registration Process
- Registration fee Rs.1000/- (non-refundable and non-transferable)
- You would be required to upload certain documents in the registration process. Kindly have soft copies of the following documents ready before you start to fill the form.
- Passport size photograph of Applicant, Student, Father & Mother
- Birth Certificate issued by Competent Authority i.e. Municipal Corporation or Gram Panchayat.
- Bonafide Certificate of the student studying in School / Pre-School (for JrK.G. to Class XII)
- All document files sizes should be less than 3 MB. All documents files types should be in PDF/JPEG/JPG format except applicant and parents passport size photo where the file type should be JPEG/JPG only
- You would need access to Debit / Credit Card, Net banking, UPI etc. to make online payment.
- An acknowledgement Email will be generated on successful payment with details filled in by you and a “Registration Number.” corresponding to the Applicant will also be generated, which is to be used for any further communication with the school.
Admission Process at the school
- Intimation of Interaction with Parents & Child will be intimated through Phone Call/ WhatsApp/Email.
- Intimation of Admission who is selected for admission will be intimated through Phone Call/ WhatsApp/Email.
- It will be the sole responsibility of the Parent to complete the admission formalities within stipulated time.
- It is mandatory for both the parents to remain present at the time of admission process.
- Admission will be confirmed after the payment of One Time Admission Fee and First Quarter Fee of the Academic Year 2026-27.
Documents required for the Admission Process
- The Original Birth Certificate issued from competent authority i.e. Municipal Corporation or Gram Panchayat.
- Photo copy of Aadhar Card of both parents & the child.
- If your residential address differs from the address mentioned in Aadhar card , kindly provide photocopy of gas bill /electricity bill/ corporation tax bill
- Fitness certificate issued by a medical practitioner (M.B.B.S or M.D only).
- Photo copy of the caste certificate issued from a competent authority (only for SC / ST / OBC candidates).
- One recent passport size color photograph of child & both parents.
- Income proof of both the parents.
Fee Policy and Procedures
- Admission Fee : Payment of Admission Fee ensures provisional admission and the selected student is assured of a confirmed seat at AVV, subject to completion of formalities as mentioned in the Provisional admission letter. It is one-time fee, payable during seeking admission to AVV and it is strictly Non-Refundable/Non-Transferable.
- School Fee : The School Fee is applicable for the Academic Year commencing from April to March of the following year.
Collection of School Fees only through NACH / ECS
- The school requires all fees to be collected regularly and on time. To ensure a smooth, secure, and hassle-free collection process, the school has implemented the NACH/ECS facility as a compulsory mode of fee payment for all admissions.
- By registering under the NACH/ECS facility, you authorize the school to automatically deduct the prescribed fees from your registered bank account on a quarterly basis.
- It is mandatory for all parents/guardians to complete the NACH/ECS registration process by duly filling and submitting the required mandate form.
- This process has been introduced to ensure timely collection, avoid inconvenience, and maintain efficiency in fee management.
Cancellation / Withdrawal of Admission
- An application should be submitted to the school if you want to cancel or withdraw the admission.
- The Admission Fee and First Quarter Fee once paid is non-refundable/non-transferable.
Transport Facility
- To ensure the safe travel of students, the school operates its own fleet of buses, designed as per safety standards and manned by trained drivers. All buses are equipped with a Vehicle Tracking System (VTS) and on-board cameras, enabling the school to monitor speed, route, and location, thereby ensuring the safety and security of students.
- Use of school transport is mandatory for all students. The only exception permitted is in case the parent(s) undertake the responsibility of pick-up and drop of their ward themselves.
- This service does not guarantee doorstep pick-up and drop facility. The bus fee is subject to revision during the session to cater to changes in operational costs due to inflation.
- The Management reserves the right to change or modify bus routes/stops as required by circumstances, with due intimation to parents. Requests for change of route/stop by parents will be considered only in case of a change of residence, and shall be accommodated in the best possible manner.
