Parents’ Meeting for Cervical Cancer Vaccination Drive

Dear Parents,

We are pleased to inform you that Agarwal Vidya Vihar is actively participating in the Cervical Cancer (HPV) Vaccination Drive initiated by the Government of India for the safety and well-being of our students.

This vaccination is applicable for girl students aged 14–15 years (born between 01-01-2011 to 28-02-2012).

In this regard, a Parent-Teacher Meeting (PTM) has been scheduled to provide detailed information about the vaccination and to complete the necessary formalities.

Time: 10:00 AM

Venue: School Campus

During the meeting:

• Detailed information about the HPV vaccine will be shared 
• Registration for vaccination will be carried out 
• Parental consent will be obtained 

Note: Parents are requested to carry the Aadhar Card of the student for registration purposes.

We request all parents of eligible girl students to kindly attend this important meeting and support this health initiative for their child’s safe and healthy future.
