On Thursday, August 15, 2024, the 78th Independence Day was celebrated with great joy and enthusiasm in the premises of Agarwal Vidya Vihar. On this auspicious occasion, the flag was hoisted by Shri Subhash Bansal, the President of Agarwal Samaj Vidya Vihar Trust. Following this, the Immediate Past President, Shri Shyamsunder; Vice Presidents, Shri Sanjay Sarawagi and Shri Rakesh Kansal; the Secretary, Shri Vinay Agarwal; the Treasurer, Shri Anil Kumar Gupta; the Joint Secretary, Shri Narendra Prakash Jindal; and the Joint Treasurer Shri Omprakash Jhunjhunwala, along with the Four Houses of the school, the Scouts and Guides, and the NCC Cadets of the school and college, saluted the tricolour. The ensuing cultural program illuminated the stage with captivating performances by the students. A medley of Patriotic Songs, Group Dances, Poetry Recitation, Speech, Nukkad Natak, and a mesmerizing One Act Play held the audience spellbound, fostering a profound connection to our National heritage. The entire atmosphere was imbued with the spirit of patriotism and each performance reflected the passion, enthusiasm, and determination to do something for the country. After that, Shri Subhash Bansal, President of Agarwal Vidya Vihar Trust addressed the students, urging them to remain dedicated to their country and actively participate in nation-building. He also emphasized the significance of valuing education and hard work. The event concluded with the National Song.
